Research title: Labour Regimes in Namibia: A long-term study from German colonial rule to post-independent Namibia.
Reserach interests: labour relations in Namibia, labour from a sociological point of view i.e. industrial labour.
Focus: everyday experiences of workers and how the different governing labour institutions contribute to these experiences.
